E-mail V
(from a home computer user's standpoint)
Microsoft Internet Explorer
(MSIE5.0)
Note: if you use Netscape, I will
be building IBT Browser Pages for you soon.
Now we are going to attach a picture to an e-mail and send it to my Hotmail Account. This seems to be extremely popular now and I know that everyone that I talk to wants to know how to attach stuff to e-mails so...here goes.
1st, we need to compose a message...I'll compose the same message as I did just a short time ago and will add a picture to the message (attachment) before I send it to my Hotmail Account.
Now...let's attach a picture to the message, before I Send it. Left Click on the Attach button on the standard tool bar. See it? I has a paper clip icon on it...3rd icon from the right...go ahead...left click it.
Here's what you will/should see...the Insert Attachment Window. In order to attach a picture to an e-mail, we have to tell the computer where the picture is. To do this, we need to tell it to Look In a certain folder, and tell it the File name...before we can Attach it....ok? Let's start by telling the computer to Look in: a certain folder.
To do this, left click on the drop-down list arrow to the right of the Look in text box. It's this one...the tiny gray box with the little black arrow...pointing down...see it? Left click it...
This is what you will see now...
Guess we'd better go to the next page...this one is big enough already...

DO YOU HAVE...
Ideas, Suggestions, or Other Comments for or about the IBT web pages?
If yes...
...just click here for an on-line Feedback Form (new) (left click of course.) The feedback form allows you to type in your comments about the IBT pages and works independent of your e-mail program. Try it...I think you'll like it. It's fast and easy...and quick too. Just type and click...that's all...
or E-mail me at: coach@cybrzn.com
If you click on my e-mail address above, and...with any luck at all...your e-mail program will appear on your screen...complete with my e-mail address already typed in for you. All you have to do it type your idea, suggestion, or other...whatever, click send, and see what happens.
Go ahead...try it! I'd be glad to hear from you and will make every attempt to address your ideas, suggestions, other...with a IBT web page!
Just think, you can play an active role in the development of these IBT web pages. And, of course, I will give you credit on YOUR web page(s) too!
No charge, it's free. Just another service of inette.com (I know what you're thinking...what's the catch?)...well...none that I can think of...at the moment!
