EVENTS: GIRLS: 14, 12 , and 10 and under (Singles only - w/consolation)

           BOYS: 14, 12 , and 10 and under (Singles only - w/consolation)

FEES:     SINGLES: $16.00
               USTA membership is NOT required
               (Participants will be asked if they are members of the USTA for informational purposes only.)

1.    Entries will not be accepted without entry fees.
2.    Players with questions regarding the tournament may call the Tournament Director, Lloyd Cook, USPTA, at:

3.    This tournament is intended for players who have never been ranked higher than 20 in their district/section.
4.    USTA rules govern. Rounds to semi-finals will be no-ad scoring.
5.    Awards for 1st and 2nd place and for the consolation winner.
6.    Tennis balls will be provided.
7.    Players may call the Marinette Civic Center at 715-732-5222 after 6:00pm on Thursday July 27, 2006
       for starting times.
8.    All players should check-in at the tournament desk at least 30 minutes before their 1st scheduled match.
